Can I change or withdraw from the agreement?

The agreement is there as a record of our mutual understanding and agreement to the basic terms for what we are doing, when we will do it, how we can change things, and what the cost will be.

You or I may request a change to our agreement. When either of us do so, we can take some time (off the clock) to talk through those changes and make a new agreement.

You or I may withdraw from the agreement at any time. The consulting sessions are intended to be safe, purposeful and productive. If we are no longer able to maintain these features, or your needs have been satisfied or have changed, then this would be a good reason to withdraw.
